1. Menu: Click Settings.
2. Click Division/Section which located under System.

3. Choose the code that you wish to edit on the left list.
4. Click edit button on the description that you wish to edit.

5. Edit the form.

6. Click Save button.

Code Configuration Option Explanation

 If global is enabled, the code will be visible from other companies. If not, it can only be used by its own company.
Description Any alphanumeric Any description of code.
Code Any alphanumeric The name of code, can set as same as description.
