1. Click My Menu.

2. Click Create Claim Application.

3. Read through Term & Condition and click “Agree”.

4. Click on “Create” to create a new Draft Application.

5. Complete the Draft Application Form

6. To create a new application, click on ‘Create’ button.

7. Complete the Claim Application Form, and click ‘Create’.

8. After completion, click on the ‘Submit’ button.

9. Click on “Submit” after data has been uploaded.

Note: If you have more than one receipt need to claim at the same time, repeat step 6 and 7.

10. Click ‘Ok’ after submission.

11. Wait for approval.

Claim Applicaiton Configuration Option Explaination

Option Allowed Values Description
Employee Not specified The employee nunber and name.
Note Any alphanumeric Any note about this new claim application.
Attachment File path Submit file for support to apply claim success.
Project No Any number Enter the ID number of the specific project for claim application
Receipt Date Select date from calendar Select the date of the receipt for submit a new claim application from calendar available.
Receipt Number Any alphanumeric Enter the receipt number in receipt that submit for new claim application.
Claim Code Selection from claim code Select the claim code from the option available.
Currency Selection from currency code Select the currency from the option available.
Currency Amount Any number Enter the amount of currency.
Remarks Any alphanumeric Any additional remarks about this new claim application.
