1. Menu: Click Settings.
2. Click Route Setting which located under Approval.
2. Inside the selected Route Setting Group, Navigate to “Employee” tab.
3. Use the Search Bar to search for the specific employee.
4. After clicking the “Search” icon, select the specific employee by clicking the “Tick” icon.
5. Select the specific Module.
6. Scroll down and you may Add Node/Add Level to add the user as approval.
7. Complete the Level/Node with the related information
8. Once completed, click on “Save”.
9. Then click “Ok”
Note: When an employee apply for individual route, if the employee is also in a group route, the individual route will override the group route.
Approval Route Configuration Option Explaination
Option | Allowed Values | Description |

Route Level | Select from route level | Choose the route level for this employee route. |
Main Approval | Setup from user | Choose the main approval from available list for this employee route.

Backup Approval | Setup from user | Choose the backup approval from available list fot this employee route.

Route to Backup Approval | Any number | Set the value for the limit day that route to backup approval, if the main approval hasn’t approved.

CC | Setup from user | Choose the user for cc from available list for this employee route. An email will cc to selected user when application reached this route.

Note: If set both approval in a route at same level, it means either one approval can approve it.
